Mark is an internationally recognised New Zealand immigration expert, with a specialised focus on investment/business visas, corporate migration/mobility services and resolving highly complex visa eligibility issues.
He has added value to private and corporate immigration clients for over 20 years with the provision of market leading strategic advice, as well as donating that expertise for those in need, including leading the pro bono contribution Lane Neave made to the victims (and their families) of the Christchurch mosque shootings.
Mark is recognised as a thought leader in the field of New Zealand immigration law, regularly publishing pieces of work that add value to the discussion on immigration developments. His input is often sought on visa policy changes prior to implementation by the New Zealand Government.
He is currently Convenor of the New Zealand Immigration and Refugee Law Committee of the New Zealand Law Society and prior to becoming a partner at the firm lectured immigration law at the University of Canterbury for a number of years.
